It all began when a South African and a Brit decided to unite their shared passion for recruitment and a combined 40 years of experience.

Lily, a seasoned recruiter, HR expert, and project management pro, brought her vibrant background in industries like construction, agriculture, and retail. With her knack for crafting recruitment strategies and fostering Diversity & Inclusion, she was known for her remarkable ability to connect talent with the right opportunities. Outside work, Lily could be found embracing her South African roots with a braai in any weather or catching a game of rugby with her family.

James, with over two decades in recruitment and a strong footing in agriculture and retail, was equally driven to make a difference. Starting in recruitment 20 years ago, he steadily rose to prominence as a trusted advisor in the industry, appreciated for his ability to help organizations build stellar teams. Off the clock, James love family time, from vacations to cheering at his kids' football matches, and even managed his youngest son’s team, passing on values of teamwork and sportsmanship.

With a shared vision of creating a recruitment agency that genuinely cares for its clients and candidates, they launched Search Talent Solutions.
